FAQ

1.  I ran the EasyValve™ setup file it prompted me to reboot and then the program is still not there?  If you are prompted to reboot during the install process this is due to the Microsoft .net Framework update that is being applied.  You will need to click the setup file again to complete the install.

2.  Do I need to uninstall EasyValve™ 1.0 before downloading EasyValve™ 2.0?  No version 1.0 will be automatically uninstalled when you run the EasyValve™ setup file.

3.  What operating systems will EasyValve™ run on?  EasyValve 2.0 will run on Windows XP, Windows Vista (32 & 64 bit) and Windows 7 (32 & 64bit).

4.  Can I download the software again after my initial registration?  Yes, click on the Download EasyValve™ button and click the drop down button "Existing User Downloads".  You will be prompted to login to your account.
